This Privacy Policy explains how 8A Solutions LLC (“8A Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, request an estimate, or communicate with us by phone, text, or email.

  • Schedule consultations, site visits, and crew dispatch for work you've approved.

3. SMS Messaging Consent and Disclosures

When you check the box requesting that we text you your price range, you are providing your express written consent for 8A Solutions LLC to send you text messages (SMS / MMS) at the phone number you provided.

Types of messages you may receive

  • Estimate & quote messages: your initial price range, refined quotes, and answers to your project questions.
  • Account notifications: appointment confirmations, crew arrival times, schedule changes, and invoice notices.
  • Customer care messages: follow-up questions about your project, post-job satisfaction check-ins, and warranty information.
  • Marketing messages: occasional updates about seasonal services, promotions, and re-engagement offers relevant to past projects.

Message frequency, costs, and carrier disclosure

Message frequency varies based on the nature and stage of your project. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. 8A Solutions LLC is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred as a result of receiving our messages.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services from 8A Solutions.

Opt-out instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send you. Once you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further marketing or operational SMS communications from us unless you opt back in.

SMS records

  • Crew leads and trade partners assigned to your project, limited to the information they need to perform the work.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of 8A Solutions, our customers, or others.

Phone numbers and SMS consent records are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained for at least four (4) years from the date of last contact.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you provide. No system, however, can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we cannot promise that information will remain secure under all circumstances.

7. Children's Privacy
